Wee Jimmy are a pair of toe-up socks worked in the round using 4 ply/fingering weight sock yarn. The stitch pattern is a simple garter stitch and slip stitch design worked over 4 rows, so easy to memorise. The original yarn and stitch pattern reminded me of tartan, hence the pattern name.
A Thousand Forests is a beautiful lace pattern worked in the round in standard 4ply/fingering weight sock yarn. The stitch pattern is reminiscent of acorns and the pattern name is inspired by a quote by the American Poet, Ralph Waldo Emerson. “The creation of a thousand forests is in one acorn”
By Chance is a fun top-down sock pattern. The socks can be fraternal or matching, and you use a dice to determine, which stitch pattern to work. No two socks are the same! Worked in 2 colours of 4ply/fingering weight sock yarn. If you don’t have a dice, then just google “roll a dice” instead.
