Merin Shawl
The Merin shawl came about as I couldn’t find a laceweight shawl pattern that would work well for two colours and wouldn’t be too complex to knit. A kite-shaped shawl is always fun to make. The pattern is created with a small “palette” of lace stitches and a lot of knit and purl thrown in. Hopefully, it will be a fun yet interesting knit. There are multiple sizes to fit your needs.
RECOMMENDED YARN
2 contrasting colours of heavy laceweight. You can use a different weight of yarn e.g. laceweight, light fingering, as long as you get gauge but just be aware that the drape will differ.
